Company profile
In 1996, Keith Swayne, the Director of Five Arrows, took language learning out of the classroom and into the real world when he began teaching Spanish Over Coffee at Starbucks. It was an instant hit! Learning is always easier when you're having fun.
We believe that...
- You cannot learn to speak another language, you must speak to learn.

- Acquiring a language is a social experience, not an academic one.
- Good teachers teach people, not programs.
- The primary purpose of language acquisition is to build new personal relationships.
- Proficiency is much better than achievement.
- Progress must be measurable.
- Language acquisition can and should be fun.
- Our students should get value for tuition.
- We value good business relationships and are loyal to our business associates.
